Tears on a Bridal Bouquet

Our Dear Bloggies,
With deep sadness we provide extracts from a letter authored by one of Ryan's furious wedding couples, obtained through gracious links with his commercial associations, for which we are most grateful. Our aim is to share the information from conned couples and pass these onto the named officer dealing with this investigation.
Due to the nature of evidence collected, the burden of evidence is essentially paving the way for successful civil litigation against Joseph Ryan, his illegal system and those who facilitate it, which in time will recoup any monies wrongfully obtained.

[Dear The Truth,

Upset, our wedding planner who has had no cause to contact us since our wedding back in 2007, got in touch alerting us to her awareness concerning Joseph Ryan of Ennis County Clare, a supposed priest who officiated at our wedding some years ago.
We can confirm shocked, he indeed attended a ceremony for my husband and I, charging accordingly for that. Angerly, at no time did Joseph Ryan outline a role other than with the Roman Catholic Church but lead us believe he was legal and in step with them. He was aware of our faith, situation and the workload restrictions which prevented our initial choice of celebrant and looking back his behaviour was notably odd.

We can identify with the same details he boastfully supplied to us, the same which lead us to believe he was a well respected member of the clergy with valid orders but lapsed because of a dispute of opinion with the then Bishop in his home diocese. Nevertheless on a bond of trust we accepted him and being suggested by our wedding planner we therefore assumed he must be idiot proof?
But things soon changed, as our day began; our wedding was unprofessional, the man was clearly out of his depth with the celebration of matrimony and totally inexperienced. Afterwards we were contacted by our guests stating their shock, not only about our choice of celebrant, but about his general conduct on the day detailing an unending spill of pornographic jokes exchanged at our wedding dinner by him, naturally we were deeply embarrassed but decided to overlook the alcohol fuelled day given the young man and our guests had a liking for our champagne.

After reading all this we feel truly conned. It is now our firm intention to report this man to our local crime prevention officer and take it from there. Thank you for providing the additional information that our wedding planner could not!

Yours sincerely,

Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxx Xxxxxxx ]
